Do you accept returns of used skincare?
No. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging.

How long is delivery?
Standard delivery is 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier.

How do I report a defective or damaged item?
Email ariyahomecustomerservice@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos (parcel, label, packaging, and product).

Can I change my address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP. We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee changes once the order is processed.

Yes—our products are sourced from reputable partners within the EU. We are based in Malta.
