Returns, Refunds & Defective Items

We want you to love your skincare. Because we sell cosmetic products for personal use, we follow EU hygiene rules and handle returns with care.

Change of mind (unopened only)

--You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, in its original sealed packaging.
--For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
--To start a return, email ariyahomecustomerservice@outlook.com with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions.

Hygiene & safety

--For reasons of health/hygiene, we cannot accept returns of items that are opened, used, or with broken seals.

Defective, damaged, or wrong item

--If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ariyahomecustomerservice@outlook.com.
--Please attach your order number and clear photos of: the outer parcel, the shipping label, inner packaging, and the product/issue.
--Once approved, we’ll replace the item or refund you (including original shipping where applicable). We’ll cover return shipping for confirmed defects or our error.

Refunds

--Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank/issuer, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.

--Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of our error.

Exchanges

--If the item is in stock, we can arrange an exchange. Otherwise, we’ll process a refund once the return is received and inspected.

Non-returnable items

--Opened/used cosmetics, items with broken hygiene seals, and final sale items cannot be returned unless defective.

Return address

--We’ll provide the correct return address in Malta via email when your return request is approved (this helps avoid mis-shipments).
