Where we ship

--We ship from Malta (EU) to Malta and selected EU countries.

Processing time

--Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

Delivery time

--Standard delivery: 2–10 business days, depending on destination and courier.

Shipping fees

--Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
--Free shipping promotions (when available) are applied automatically at checkout.

Tracking

--You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has left our warehouse.

Missed delivery / address issues

--If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed deliveries, we can reship it once the re-delivery fee is paid.
--Please double-check your address at checkout.

Delivery problems

--If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ariyahomecustomerservice@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the parcel/product. We’ll sort it out quickly.
